FIVE/SEVEN BEDROOM - RENTAL INFO

Below you will find rental rates for our house for each season. But first, please have a look at this important information pertaining to our property.

  1. To book a reservation, check with us to be sure the dates you want are available.
  2. Our number is (865) 567-3492, or e-mail sales@pdrentals.com.
  3. A $500.00 deposit takes the property off the market.
  4. Deposits are accepted by cash or check. Sorry, no credit cards.
  5. At check-in, your Security Deposit becomes your Damage Deposit, which is 100% refundable.
  6. Our property is strictly a non-smoking home.
  7. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
  8. Linens are provided for all beds. You will need to bring bath towels.
  9. You will need to bring bath, laundry and dishwashing soap. Also bring garbage bags as all garbage must be bagged.

2011 SEASON DATES		  
Season is between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

RATES		  

Prime Season:

  • $375/night (3 night minimum)
  • $2575/week
  • $150 cleaning fee
  • $500 Security Deposit

Off-season:

  • $275/night (2 night minimum)
  • $1600/week
  • $150 cleaning fee
  • $500 Security Deposit

Rates for use of bungalow (2 extra bedrooms and kitchenette):

  • $50/night
  • $300/week
  • $50 cleaning fee
  • Bungalow does not rent alone without house.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

RESTRICTIONS
These restrictions exist so we can provide the cleanest environment possible for future guests who might have allergies.
  • This is a non-smoking house (no smoking allowed inside the house)
