Below you will find rental rates for our house for each season. But first, please have a look at this important information pertaining to our property.

1. To book a reservation, check with us to be sure the dates you want are available.
2. Our number is (865) 567-3492, or e-mail sales@pdrentals.com.
3. A $500.00 deposit takes the property off the market.
4. Deposits are accepted by cash or check. Sorry, no credit cards.
5. Balance is due 60-days prior to reservation date.
6. At check-in, your Security Deposit becomes your Damage Deposit, which is 100% refundable.
7. Linens are provided for all beds. You will need to bring bath towels.
8. You will need to bring bath, laundry, and dishwashing soap. Also bring garbage bags as all garbage must be bagged.
9. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am.
10. A 9.25% TN Sales tax and 5% County Hotel/Motel tax will be added to all rentals.
