This home is located in a deep-water cove which has water all year round. There is a fantastic view looking up the Powell river.

We are situated in a quiet subdivision called Norris Pointe. This is a less-traveled portion of the main body of the lake, well away from the heavy boat traffic and waves of Deerfield. In addition, there is an island off to our east which effectively cuts the lake traffic in half. Our home is perfectly located for a quiet, scenic vacation adventure.

Our house sits back about 300 ft. off the road, making road noise undetectable. There is ample room for parking cars and trailers.

A detached bungalow can be rented if the additional space is needed. Besides the 2 additional bedrooms, the bungalow has a bath and kitchenette.

The main floor consists of a large kitchen, a dining area that opens into the great room, with beautiful tongue-and-groove ceilings. Two bedrooms one with queen bed and one with daybed w/trundle, along with a full bath complete the floor.

The upstairs has the master bedroom which includes a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. There is a private balcony off the back of the bedroom, and a inside balcony overlooking the great-room and out over the lake.

The basement has two bedrooms with queen beds in each, the laundry room and a full bath. The common area in the basement sports a pool table with ping-pong table-top, and a futon.
